The hotel is located in a beautiful lakeside setting, surrounded by good class residential housing, making it convenient for trips to Silverstone, Milton Keynes, and the surrounding area. The rooms faced away from the busy road on the third floor, but there was noise from people drinking and smoking outside the pub, which was not ideal. The service included a newspaper service but waiting times for disabled guests were unacceptable. The dining experience in the attached Hungry Horse restaurant fell below standard Premier Inn quality, and we had to keep asking for cutlery and plates. Despite these issues, the facilities were satisfactory, and the overall value for money was reasonable.

The hotel rooms were light and clean, very spacious, and surprisingly quiet, meeting our expectations. However, there was some noise outside the pub due to people drinking and smoking. The location offered stunning views of the lake and surrounding areas, with nice walks and outdoor seating areas but was marred by broken glass and rubbish. The dining experience was average, with an okay buffet style that we managed to enjoy by avoiding fried options. The facilities were decent but could use more attention to detail. Overall, a decent stay with a mix of positives and negatives.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's location, with easy access to plenty of free parking and the charming option of taking a leisurely walk around the lovely lake nearby. I stayed at this hotel right next to a pub where people were drinking and smoking, and I ended up being a passive smoker for two days. The rooms were large, clean, and had all the usual Premier Inn facilities, which was great. However, there was an unfortunate delay for a disabled gentleman and his wife, which was not acceptable.
